• USA: Express delivery from Florida approx 1 - 3 business days and Express delivery from Australia approx  5 business days — and we cover duties and taxes, so the price you see is the price you pay.
• Australia: Express delivery from Sydney approx 1–2 business days and Express delivery from USA approx 5 business days.  Tax included, no surprises.
• Rest of the world: Express via DHL in 5–15 days (local duties may apply) — we ship beautiful hair just about everywhere.
• In stock? Your piece is on its way within 1–7 business days.
• Pre-order? It's being handcrafted just for you and ships in around 12 weeks — worth every day of the wait.
• Every order arrives fully tracked, signed for, and discreetly packaged — your privacy always comes first.

We want you to absolutely love your hair — and we make it easy if something isn't quite right.

• Changed your mind? Return any in-stock wig or topper for a refund within 72 hours of delivery (a $150 restocking fee applies).
• Not quite the right shade, length, or fit? Exchange within 10 days and we'll send you store credit — valid for a full 2 years, so there's no rush to find your perfect piece.
• Original condition: returns must be unworn and unaltered — no heat styling, cutting, coloring, or washing — with tags attached and clips closed.
• A quick note: custom orders, altered pieces, sale items, and in-store purchases are final sale, and once the lace is cut, the piece is yours to keep.
