Pop-ups de Goldylost

Los pop-ups son la forma en que te conocemos en persona fuera de nuestras dos boutiques en Miami y Sydney. Viajamos a ciudades de Estados Unidos y Australia aproximadamente una vez cada tres meses.

Cómo funciona el día
Un pop-up no es una consulta privada uno a uno. Un pequeño grupo de invitados está en la sala al mismo tiempo, y cada persona generalmente recibe entre 45 minutos y una hora de tiempo dedicado con uno de nuestros consultores. A partir de ahí, nuestro equipo circula para pasar tiempo con todos, pero siempre volverán a sentarse contigo si deseas más tiempo. Es una gran oportunidad para venir, ver, tocar y explorar los diferentes colores y tipos de gorra en persona.

Comprar el día del evento — o no
Muchos invitados encuentran su pieza en el evento. Igual de muchos usan el día para ver y sentir el cabello en persona, y luego se van a casa a pensarlo. A menudo hacemos un seguimiento con una consulta virtual y la pieza se elige más tarde, cuando el momento sea el adecuado. No hay ninguna expectativa de ninguna manera.

Entradas
Nuestro objetivo con cada evento es hacer que el día sea memorable. Elegimos lugares que se sientan como un espacio seguro y acogedor, y planificamos extras cuando podemos: algunos eventos incluyen promociones especiales para los invitados que compran el día del evento, otros incluyen estacionamiento con valet gratuito. Siempre tratamos de facilitar las cosas para nuestros invitados.

Cobramos una pequeña tarifa por la entrada para que los lugares en la sala sean para personas que realmente estén interesadas o necesiten una peluca o topper, en lugar de estar ocupados solo por curiosidad. Las entradas son no reembolsables.

Delivery

Free shipping on every order, anywhere we ship.

  • USA: Express delivery, 5–10 days. No duties or taxes — we cover them all.
  • Australia: Express via Australia Post, 1–2 business days. GST included.
  • Rest of the world: Express via DHL, 5–15 days. Local duties may apply.
  • In-stock items dispatch within 1–7 business days.
  • Pre-orders are handcrafted and dispatch in ~12 weeks — occasional delays can occur.
  • All shipments are fully tracked, signed for, and discreetly packaged.

Returns

A few key points:

  • Change-of-mind refunds: within 72 hours of delivery. A restocking fee of $150 AUD / $150 USD applies.
  • Exchanges: within 10 days for a full store credit (no fee). Credit is valid for 3 years.
  • Faulty items: always accepted — just notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in their original, unaltered condition — pieces with cut lace, added color, or restyling are final sale.
  • Not eligible for return: in-store purchases, sale items, custom orders, and stock pieces with requested alterations.
  • Cancellations: $150 AUD / $150 USD fee (applies to all cancellations, including pre-orders).

Shipping

Pre-orders are pieces that are currently out of stock — while they’re almost back on our shelves, restocking can take up to 12 weeks. Reserve yours now to secure your place.

  • You can request a status update on your pre-order at any time.
  • Pre-orders are returnable on the same terms as in-stock pieces.
  • Custom orders are final sale. This includes bespoke pieces made from your inspiration photos, and stock pieces with permanent alterations such as lace cutting, hair cutting, or color work.
  • Changing the part on your piece is not an alteration — feel free to re-part and restyle as you like.
  • Cancellation fee of $150 AUD / $150 USD applies to all cancellations, including pre-orders.
