The silk topper and lace topper have exactly the same base size and design. The difference is the material on the parting area: the silk topper uses a silk material that looks remarkably like skin and gives you a beautifully clean, scalp-like finish, while the lace topper uses a fine lace at the parting that sits very flat against the head. The lace version is the better choice for women who want less hair on their topper or who have a thinner hairline.

The grand topper is a hybrid between a topper and a wig. It has a much larger base than our regular toppers and includes a lace front, giving you more coverage across the top and a natural hairline. It's the perfect option for women who no longer have a hairline of their own to work with, or who want significantly more coverage without committing to a full wig — bridging the gap between the two beautifully.

Yes. The top is 100% hand-tied and multi-directional, so you can part the hair wherever you like — including a side part, which makes a big difference to how natural it looks. Bangs aren't included by default, but on request we can cut curtain, wispy, full, or face-framing bangs — just send an inspo photo and we'll cut to that style (note: once cut, the piece is final sale). Your piece arrives styled as shown in the product image; choose the restyle option on the product page and we'll restyle it before shipping. And because it's human hair, you can always restyle it at home with heat tools whenever you like.

Yes — every piece uses high-quality Remy human hair, meaning the cuticles are kept intact and running in the same direction, so the hair stays smooth and long-lasting. Because it's real human hair, you can wash it, heat-style it, and treat it like your own. Unusually for a wig company, we source our hair ourselves, working with a small, family-run seller in Southern Brazil to get some of the most beautiful, fine-textured, healthy ponytails on the market.

It means the piece isn't currently in stock and it will be created. Each piece takes around 10–12 weeks to create. Sometimes a piece may already be in creation so the timeframe will be shorter. If the piece isn't in creation yet, then the time frame will be 10–12 weeks from the order date. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

We accept returns on all stock wigs and toppers purchased online, including pre-orders. Eligible returns can receive a refund minus a restock fee or a full credit.

We do not accept returns on in-store purchases, sale items, custom orders, or stock pieces that have been altered (lace cut, colored or cut) — unless the item is faulty.

Shipping is free worldwide, with full tracking and signature on delivery — and we only use fast, safe express carriers. Delivery times approx 2 - 10 days depending on location.

Your piece ships from whichever of our two locations — Sydney, Australia or Miami, USA — has it in stock, so it reaches you as quickly as possible.

As for customs: USA and Australia customers pay no duties — we cover these for items travelling between the two countries. Customers elsewhere may be charged inbound duties or taxes by their own customs before delivery; these are set and collected by your country (not us) and are non-refundable by us.

Proper care significantly extends your topper's lifespan. For human hair toppers, wash after 8-10 wears using sulfate-free, color-safe products. Always air dry on a wig stand and avoid sleeping in your topper. Style with heat tools on low settings, applying heat protectant first. Store your topper on a stand when not in use, away from direct sunlight and heat sources to maintain its beautiful appearance.
